I finally got around to scrap booking tonight. Elle was watching Power Rangers Jungle Fury and Suse wouldn't go to sleep. I sat on my beautiful ridiculously uncomfortable hardwood floor (the floor I love so much we can't get a dog. I love my floor more than another living creature. The living creature that was the first domesticated animal tens of thousands of years ago by the emerging human race...plus they detect ghosts. I'm a jerk. Brian says the floors can't be sanded again by the way. Also we don't have a fence. And we have a baby under 1 year! See there's lots of reasons) and spread all the ribbons and glue dots and scrap stuff around and booked it. It was great.
I got about halfway done. Eleanor asked me to wait for her to do the Disney part, thank God, otherwise I'd have had no excuse for not finishing and I really didn't want to.
I'm currently having a gin & tonic because the kids are in bed. I'll write more tomorrow when I'm not trying to watch television.
A long time ago someone told me to write a blog, so I'm going to try to now.
I have two kids, one is 5, the other is 7 months. I work 2 part time jobs. I'm a librarian and I like stories, my children, my husband, the outdoors and apparently my floors. That's it for now.
